« on: March 05, 2017, 04:55:18 am »
Name:
Rah’do
Prefix definition:
Do: Genderless prefix for “Warrior”
Age:
29
Race:
Cathay-raht.
(The Cathey-raht is born when both Masser and Secunda are waxing. They look like Cathey, the one’s from Oblivion and Skyrim, but are bigger and stronger, being described as Jaguar men. While they also retain their agility and are very acrobatic they are not fit for stealth.)
Occupation:
Tradesman, though not above earning coins through different means.
Residence:
Has no real home, mainly travels from place to place to conduct trade.
Affiliation:
None really, Elsweyr at best.
Relationship:
Single (Open for shipping)
Appearance:
Rah’do is a brute of Khajiit and fits the definition Cathay-raht perfectly, standing at a immense 9 feet tall (2.74m) and having the bulk to back it up, living up to his subspecies nickname, “Jaguar men”. His fur is nice desert color with black spots dotted around as well. His primary attire is a set of steel plate armor with his Orcish Greatsword on his back.
Weapon of choice:
Rah’do is a simple cat, no need for fancy weapons like bows or magic. He relies on his trusty Orcish greatsword and if need by he will bring a steel sword and shield to the fight if he is needed to a bodyguard.
Preferred combat tactic:
Once again, nothing too fancy. Rah’do prefers the straight forward attack, charging the enemy down and striking them down before they can react to his advance. His speed and agility can also catch his opponent off guard… not to mention he knows how intimidating he can be in combat when coming at the enemy with speed of a werewolf.
Personality:
Rah’do is a joyful individual. He likes to talk, drink and spent time with those he cares for. That being said he isn’t opposed to being alone as he travels from place to place alone. Apart from that he is very passionate about his blacksmithing. While some might call it a bit crude and unrefined he says that it’s just like his mentor used to make it, granted he was taught the craft by an orc.
Once combat starts he tends to get very focused on ending the fight early, something he is very good at doing. Depending on the circumstances he will either charge at the enemy or remain with the group to act as the living shield. Frankly he can’t deny that he finds some sort of enjoyment in the thrill and adrenaline rush combat provides.
Backstory:
Rah’do was born and initially raised in Elsweyr. However, at an early age his family started to travel north to conduct trading. Things went as well as you might expect with most of it happening outside the cities because Khajiits aren’t exactly trusted by anyone. Still, this is how Rah’do learned the art of trading… and also how he got introduced to blacksmithing as he found himself fascinated by an orc as he worked by the forge.
It was also here he learned the art of combat. As they came under attack by bandits he was forced to learn how to defend himself and seeing as he was born a Cathay-raht that seemed to be easier as he grew older. Frankly he found himself enjoying it to a certain extend but combat wasn’t something he could live off, he wasn’t a mercenary. Instead he returned to smithing, seeking out someone to teach… somehow but a stroke of luck or fate ending up with the same orc that had captivated him when he was but a kitten. He seemed to have some aptitude for the craft and seeks to hone it further as he now travels southern Cyrodiil to sell his wares. Fair trades are guaranteed 8 times out of 10 and, if one has the coin, he isn’t above doing mercenary work. Funny how people change as they grow up right?
